I was excited to apply what I learned from my first attempt at using my new intervalometer. This time I learned that I really have to secure the tripod (it got bumped 3 times and took quiet a bit of adjusting to get lined back up again). So enjoy my latest stop motion attempt!
Biscuits... Eatin' Biscuits from Oz Hatke on Vimeo.
oh my god, you are so funny!
ReplyDeletethis is so glorious!! I love the aesthetic of this stop-motion method. and the victim-biscuit's eyes... yes. just... yes. :)
ReplyDeleteI want the song to keep going. You should make this into a series with a theme song.
ReplyDeleteHi Oz,
ReplyDeleteman, time lapse is so addictive! it just brings everything to life.
keep playing with it. it'll take time to figure out how you really want to use it as a tool in your work. so far, here you've used it to document an activity (drawing) and to create an animation. Ultimately, it's a process that harvests choice moments in time. There's a zillion ways to play with that...so get going on that!
Try something different each time until you find something that tells you to work on it more.
do you think your cloak and your camera will ever cross paths?

Just the best video ever. I think biscuits should eat the pile of bird seed. ;)
ReplyDeletei found this video and it uses the stop motion photography animation that you use. made me think of you... http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=XkF6hLmZ3qs
